Sweet as Sugar

 

So I know it was a while ago now, but I posted a few weeks ago about using natural products with nail polish to create a stylish textured look.

 

And this is how is what happened.

 

I love both the look of it with and with out a top layer of colour, although I would definitely recommend another coat on top of the sugar, clear or coloured, as it obviously starts to dissolve as soon as you wash your hands

why didn't I think of that

Salt?

Icing sugar?

Cotton wool?

Sand?

Crushed leaves or spices ?

Pencil Sharpening ?
